Gw2 Ele feels the least mage of all mmos that exist. It's probably gonna be like Aion's magic pistol class-gunslinger, wild star's gunslinger was fun tho, with teleports, aoe and support shields. I doubt anet can do a good job, I mean hammer was disappointing

Convergences seem like they're gonna be a huge reply possibility. I am hoping they add some pretty crazy content for those who like more hardcore Meta's. Especially making no Waypoints! I'm so curious if they can fail by the Legendary bosses landing that big hit downing tons of people like you see Soo-Wan do but with no waypoints you're as good as out! Maybe too much hope but hey I don't mind if it's not quite that cool. Excited none the less.

Im a warrior main, i har what everyones saying about staff being supp, but hear me out.... its a minion weapon e-e You get a couple Men at Arms running around with you, direct them with the staff etc etc

Does this mean that we're finally going to get a heal mesmer build? Finally! Literally the reason I never ended up maining mesmer, even though I love them, is because they couldn't be support healers... and it's finally happening!! Amazing.

Played heal Mesmer like 2y ago when I started and it was not too bad - way more fun than Druid at that time tbh and T4 also np - even though I was on the most weird stats you have ever seen haha literally no idea about the game but it worked... It was also quite strong because the Mantras make him super reactive in playstyle But yeah I agree, they finally make it "viable", cant wait for it :)

Problem is that people just care for Meta-builds and think the rest is crap... not knowing that meta does not define its effectiveness itself but more the useage in the current group composition to optimize results... Meta =/= only playable builds Meta = most optimized builds in the current sitate of the game Thats also why snowcrows builds often dont work with pugs... they are optimized and without having 100% you will deal less dmg than the average metabattle/hardstuck build - especially when playing with pugs I highly recommend not going for snowcrows-only builds ever

I agree with changing tornado, I have been wanting that changed since the beginning. It's useless in open world, would rather it pull than launch and not be a transform. I love my elementalist but they have some useless abilities that need a rework from functionality to animations.
