honestly, i really appreciate simplicity and cleanliness of appearances in any game types, most of the content i do in gw2 revolves around raiding and it made me learn to hate infusions even more, especially if people stack infusions and theres more than one dude with them, it becomes really annoying. i have problem with leggy trinkets aswell, i find the floating orbs visual annoyance, which is kinda sad because i have almost all the precursors but i really dont want to promote them because of it, if only anet would add the option to hide those like the option to hide the backpiece it would be great

@@y.a100 I completely agree with you! That should have been a feature from Day 1 of their introduction. I cannot be bothered even going after the precursors because of that and just stick to ascended ones.

The crimson vanquisher weapons from super adventure box are aswell super nice, and the trail effect on these is majestic. As for white set i would say fractal weapons are best with their trail effect.

Back then i used 1 Chak Infusion, 1 Queenbee, Poly Purple and 2 Aurillium :)

1:55 i got grand lightning catcher and lightning-blessed gloves, plus axes in shimmering aurora skin so it's all matchy with my grape violet hair lol

Ephemera were actually rare for the first couple years they were in the game. Now theyre a dime a dozen. Tbh, I kinda preferred when they were a bit more rare - it gave players something difficult to work toward

They do provide some minor stat benefits but are mostly desired for their special effects. In addition they are extremely rare which makes them extremely expensive and off limits to the greater majority of players.

@@ImSoSharky I hate that it changes my skin color. Tried a few but you are kinda stuck dye wise also. Like a glow would be nice or a trail but not, green hair, green skin, green everything. One day I'm sure to get one to me taste. After many tries I just deleted them

I really think these things are silly. I understand why they are popular and what makes them expensive but categorizing this as an end game experience is a misrepresentation because there is way more going on in the end game than infusions. Infusions are the status symbol of GW2, all it says to other players is that you have a lot of money to throw away on silly things.
