What classes are able to do the jumping skips? Only Engi?

Most of them are doable with all classes, only the underground one may be restricted to engi:-)

i was fooling around in the underground facility and it turns out, you can jump shot onto the tiny piece of the machine on the side of the cage, and use it from there :O
