Hi, why it's prefer shroud 3 over 4, since 4 number is higher from game description?

From purely a damage/cast time perspective, shroud 3 is better than shroud 4.

u cant, gs is the main weapon of power necromancer

Interesting that the ranged necro option has higher bench than melee. But I presume that reaper has better burst potential in shroud?

It will lose damage from the pulses and not being able to use shroud 3/4 or greatsword skills, but it'll function better than Reaper. It would lose significant damage, but that's true for most builds these days

Is it still better to go Condition for Harbinger or is Power a great contender now?

They're both good. I believe strike damage is superior to condition damage in most endgame scenarios, but I feel that it is easier for power Harbinger to lose damage compared to condition Harbinger. The power Necromancer rotation is very centered on its burst of Nightfall (gs4) + Wells + shroud. Power Harbinger is even more volatile with Blight contributing a large portion of +% damage. I feel like the condition rotation is much more free-flowing

I much prefer that with the ability to auto attack from a range in specific scenarios. This is awesome to see, great work @saruliasgw2486 !

Unfortunately, they do a lot of the heavy lifting here with respect to using main hand sword. This build would start to have issues with maintaining Relic of the Fireworks uptime without it. I haven't had time to experiment with it, but you could try using the new Relic of the Claw and see how that does
