Minecraft is a game about exploring, mining and building. This is a linear game that is based off of the late 80's and early 90's games. Just because the game has voxel graphics doesn't mean it's based on Minecraft.

You mean the normal 1-5 on the left and 6-0 on the right that is in every other part of the game? Or are you talking about the lives counter and baubles counter? Last time I checked, Minecraft had health, armor, exp and inventory. That's like saying any game that has the UI in the same location is a copy of the other.

There were a few games that fake versions for April Fools. Batman Arkham City, Dishonored, Deus Ex, Journey, Super Street Fighter, and more. I'm just hoping Far Cry 3's Blood Dragon is real cause that shit looks badass!

So Minecraft is now a platforming game? I had no idea there were spring mushrooms and adventuring in large trees in Minecraft. =P The game is much closer to Legend of Zelda than Minecraft.

WvWvW is a COMPLETELY different beast. My PC can run the standard game on max settings with 50 fps meanwhile on WvWvW I get about 5 when I'm in an proper fight. That doesn't mean the game is badly optimised.

BlackManSlim562, You probably wont see/care about this anymore but if you do: LOL the minecraft UI is a combination of the hearts copied from nes games and the quick inventory bar basically just copied from mmorpg's which im pretty sure also existed way before minecraft and the blocky graphics surprise surprise also existed before minecraft so yeah this is retro related not minecraft related
