It is pretty crazy in the recent GW2 story Icebrood Saga, you encounter the two dwarf factions! That is exciting.

Clouge Not in the main campaigns, but the expansion pack "GW: Eye of the North" gets it's main inspiration from parts of norse culture. However, it just draws *inspiration* from it - and if you're seeking a game centered around vikings and norse mythology, I would advise you to find another game.

Philiptanzer those charr did what they did because they where driven from their homelands by the humans. revenge may not be excusable, but sympaty is something else entirely.

Humans had settled and lived in Ascalon for 1000 years, the Charr had ZERO claim on land that had not been theirs for that length of time. Thats like saying Italy has a claim to half of Europe because Rome held it once... The Charr are just barbaric and warlike and only live to attack (their "family" units are called WARbands). As a species they are dangerous and should be offered no sympathy or mercy - for they would give none in return,

Philiptanzer as a species they are dangerous because they live for war, as individuals they are no different from humans. It's just the cultural aspect that is dangerous. They are just prioritising their own survival by eliminating threats. In a way you could make a decent charr.
