i made these energy bites with a little twist: 3/4cup dates 1/2 cup almonds 1/4 cup tahini (maybe a bit more for more stickyness) 2 tsp cinnamon everything pulsed together like in the 2nd receipe and it was delicious! nutty in the beginning followed by the sweet of the dates and the lovely flavour of cinnamon thanks for this gorgeous receipe

I have tried the peanut butter and chocolate energy bites. It is really good, I did not expect the taste that I thought would be very sweet as dates are. Good surprise they are not too sweet! Thanks, I can introduce more dates to my diet as I usually don't like eating dates on their own. It is really nice to stop snacking on unhealthy food also. They are also really convenient. Looking forward to try the cranberry one.

Thank you so much for sharing your great recipes with us! Today i've made your Energy Bites, the Pistachio and the Apple ones. mmh, so delicious.... I love this Idea! And so i've made two other diffrent flavour combinations i had in mind since i saw this video. They turned out very very good as well. The first one is made with Dates, dried Apricots and Almonds (i have used both, raw and bleached, half and half). And the other one is made with Dates, Raisins, Hazelnuts and Cocoa Powder! You absolutley have to try these little chocolate ones... Best wishes (and sorry for my bad english) Gabby

I'm supposed to be studying for an exam but I stumbled across this recipe and so glad I did! I'm going to have to set aside a weekend where I make a bunch of your recipes. :) I've never used dates before and it's awesome to get the sweetness without using powdered sugar. I made the chocolate peanut butter bites, except I threw in some actual chocolate chips (with the cocoa powder) and a few reduced sugar craisins to give it some bite. Maybe I rolled them too big, but the recipe only made 9. I plugged everything online and the total calories was 200, but it's still about the same as a cliff bar (my normal gym snack - not anymore!). I also made the baked oatmeal (with craisins and walnuts) and it turned out awesome too. :) I'm going to be eating well for breakfast and snacks at least this week. Thanks!
