Many thanks, I have been researching "how do i unlock my inner chi?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Fonebastian Unexpected Framework - (do a search on google ) ? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my colleague got cool results with it.

Vitacost is the winner over Thrive any day! They don't charge you a fee to shop there and they have awesome prices! Check them out!
@zzzing236 жыл бұрын
MRN W the reason why thrive has a fee is because so they can give groceries to ppl in need who really need the food/groceries, etc... the founder actually grew up in a household with his single mom who I guess didn’t make a whole lot. I saw a video on it once on KZbin.
@Noah4evaa6 жыл бұрын
Sarah Windmueller Yes, but by charging a fee, he is being counterproductive to his cause! There are plenty of local food banks for these types of situations, but to each his own. I really appreciate vitacost, they have helped me enjoy a healthy, vegan lifestyle, while staying on a budget!👍✌🌱🌻

Hi I had the same question. I found you have to look deep into the information. For instance I found this one. Not sure which one it's four. There were also instructions. Ingredients. 1 cup pitted Medjool dates about 8 1/2 cup almonds or nuts/seeds of choice 1/2 cup oats quick or classic rolled 1/4 cup flaxseed meal 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate chips of choice 1 - 2 tablespoons water as needed

Hi! I have Mast Cell Activation Disorder and I have a TON of food allergies. I am allergic to coconut. Can I substitute the coconut oil for something else? Also, because of the MCAD I have to watch my protien and calorie intake. Do you have the nutrition fact sheet for these energy bites? Thanks so much!
@bryant4753 ай бұрын
Yeah, you could just avoid the oil which helps it be much lower in cals as well! Also, are you eating Whole Food Plant Based at the moment?
