If I were a head gangster...I would firstly restructure the gang and put in place an organisational structure with proper reporting lines and putting in KPIs to ensure a value adding work flow process. I would also establish several divisions like Properties, Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Media and Entertainment, an Investment team, a top notch legal division and importantly a special Cleaning and Sustainable division. Performance bonuses will be paid for loyalty and achieving all milestones. Going forward we should be listing the companies either organically or through acquisition. We might even do spin offs. The most important aspect of this business model...all members of the gang would be rebrand as shareholders.
