Fun fact about bedman: Bedman was a character in the old game, the main villain of that game, and he is the guy in my pfp, that fights while sleeping on a mechanical bed. At the end of the story he dies and the character you see in the trailer isnt actually bedman, but its his sister delilah (that baiken mentions in her trailer) however its mentioned how bedmans soul after he died, took control of the bed he once used to fight and its now protecting his sister from danger, its so cute how the brother even after his death would do his best to protect the only family he has

​​​@@BeatzZ Gotta warn you though, Guilty Gear lore is a deep abyss, its easy to get lost or to get confused since there is a lot of "What If" scenarios in older games that arent canon to the story. Id suggest watching the lore videos by Woolyversus to get an overview of the story up to Xrd, after that you can just watch the Xrd:Sign-, Xrd:Revalator- and Strive- story modes wich are just 4 hour animated movies that are all officially uploaded on youtube (though its animated in the game engine so it looks kinda weird at some points)

Blazblue and Guilty gear are actually made by the same company which is why they were shown together. Iirc blazblue was a kind of replacement series they made when they lost the rights to guilty gear but then it evolved into it's own thing.

The game is smoother than it looks on some of the trailers. Some of them have extra hitstop to make the impact look cooler on the trailer. Btw I love Guilty Gear and highly recommend you to play it

25:00 Happy Chaos is pretty much the god of the setting, or at least the Jesus Christ of it, he can single handedly take the entire cast blindfolded, one hand tied behind his back and win with relative ease, but since trying would be to boring for him he elects to drop you with a glock instead because it's more fun. He is also able to interact with the 4th wall, as shown in his trailer, when he shoots the timer during his draw animation

Beware, no one is gonna wanna fight you cause Happy Chaos has a bit of reputation, but that only applies to the top 100, where he becomes by far the best character, but ppl see tier lists and whine about him regardless. He's really good in the strive story as well, but there is 0 gameplay in the story. It's a 5-hour movie with bad animation because they made 3 interns do it while everyone else made the gameplay, but the story itself is fine. You'll be confused as hell tho because guilty gear lore goes deep

@BeatzZ 雪 poor man, sin is incredibly - on just about everything Like, his 214S is -8 on hit. You can literally get potbustered even if you hit him if you don't use stamina to follow up. This also applies to beak driver. he's still fun, but everything on him is good for your opponent if they know how to exploit it

Also I don't know if anyone answered this for u But while this game does use Hit Stop it Feels seamless and Smooth. The biggest Difference gameplay Wise is that this Game had Fast Horizontal Movement while the Past Games had Fast Vertical Movement. I love this game.

It would be gun to see you react to a lore summary of this series cause it gets really wild. Though I would recommend watching the newest game's story all the way though after understanding the character's overall story. It's basically a long anime movie

@@BeatzZ The thing is that recent guilty gear games come with a movie of sorts instead of a typical story mode. That means that there are hours of cutscenes. Official Arcsystemworks has uploaded all of the chapters of the previous 2 games "Guilty Gear Xrd Sign" and "Xrd Revelator". Every episode is like 20 minutes and overall its about the length of 2 anime seasons. Personally I love these cutscenes but I can't really expect anyone to sit down and watch this many of them. So you could also watch the full Guilty Gear lore summary made by youtuber "Staiven" (Which also covers stuff from the even older games which is really important). However, this video is only 14 minutes long and all of that lore is like 15 hourrs of content so there was no way for him to really summarize it well but it's as good as it's gonna get. As for the most recent games cutscenes, the game comes with a 4 hour long movie, fully animated and voice acterd, that you can find on youtube if you dont have the game. Look up Strive Story and it should show up. God this is a long message but on top of the Srive Story there is a much shorter DLC extra story with characters that didn't show up in the main story. And that's about all I know.

You should react to the character's starter guides, which give a breakdown of the characters moveset. Idk if it would be of any value to you though because you really need to have played the game to understand that. I think reacting to all the characters' overdrive attacks would be pretty sick too.

its the best fighting game i have ever played all the characters are unique and fun to play there is a character for every playstyle all with fantastic lore behind them it also has the best music in fighting games (in my opinion)

Interestingly enough Testament's English vo is male. Without going into Guilty Gears weird as hell lore, Testament lost his gender after becoming a gear so they were always intended to look androgynous. Their theme song also constantly switches between he and she pronouns every verse.
