Hell yeah! Can’t wait to listen to this. Great work Steven, Tyler, and “test” (Alex), as always.

Why doesn’t anybody talk about the $25 million that they added to the cap for next year?
@jonathanagbayani42102 күн бұрын
Yes, the playoff loss just emphasize where the Chargers need to improve in the Offense particularly in the IOL and WR , TE and RB. Defense is good enough but against good teams like TeXans . A good Offense is important.

Herbert played bad, though I think the Oline in whole, TE room, every WR not named Ladd were absolutely horrendous. Oline gave up 99% pressure rate (my eyes) TE alone gave up 14 points 😭

@@joshg1525 5 sacks, 8 dropped pass, two of which led to picks ! Yes Herbert had a down game for sure ! But the WHOLE OL looked real bad , even our 2 tackles had off days ? For the most parts it was a whole team let down , other then Ladd, who did have a bad play & some of the defense , who again was gassed by the 4 rth QRT .Not being able to cove Collins & not stop the run did hurt us , though .

If Kahlil were to agree to a $15 million one year contract, what would be the most you would pay Bosa (above and beyond his dead money that we have to pay regardless) to run it back? What if Bosa agreed to a deal under $10 million loaded with incentives..? A lot of ifs, I realize
@joshg1525Күн бұрын
Yes to bosa but should be Lon gone if he doesn’t want a pay cut

I'm not opposed to this scenario where both are back, but just seems like it's one or the other based on their financial situation as a team.

Everyone is talking about Herbert and his poor performance against the Texans.. That’s fine, but we also have to talk about the o-line’s poor performance that day as well. According to PFF, the o-line had its worst performance of the season. Johnson was well worse than his average play all season, which was only fair coming into that game. Bozeman and Salyer both had bad games as well. The middle of the o-line was pushed around, and couldn’t slow down the pass rush at all. When the Chargers tried to run the ball, they couldn’t maintain blocks and open lanes for the running back to take advantage of. Even both pro bowl level tackles had their worst day in that game. Herbert was pressured about half of the times he tried throwing the ball, which can’t happen if you want to win. How much of a difference would it have made if the o-line played at its optimum level? In my opinion, enough to win the game and for Herbert to have had a much better game than he had.. Hopefully the Chargers will address this problem and bring in some better players to complement Slater, Alt, and Johnson. To me, that should be their top priority. In addition to that, they need another top defensive tackle, an edge rusher, a couple of offensive weapons at wide receiver and at tight end for starters. Then they can work towards making a realistic playoff run that ends with a championship. Based on what they were able to achieve this past season, there is a decent chance that it happens! I agree, oline was terrible and you can argue that lead to Herbert also having a bad game with pressure in his face the whole time. I think we need a WR that can catch almost anything especially against the sideline. TE for sure as a last resort/reliable receiver. I think mainly we need an elite level defense especially since Greg Roman is 50/50 on his play calls.

Just throwing out there, if you claim to be a fan, when chargers make the playoffs, you predict them to win, whether they do or not, or you believe it or not. As a Fan, you’re supposed to believe in your team. So either you’re a fan, or you just want to always be right.. and tbh nobody likes an “I’m right, you’re wrong” type of person.

Herbert is too Good to be having poor performances in big moments , big games . That's all it comes down to . He needs to take more control in each must have plays . He needs to make it easier on himself wit quick passes . Screens .and run the ball more . Design Roll out the pocket more .

@@coreybeemon8212 he can audible in or out of a play . He can run whenever he wants . He can tell a WR or RB to do anything he wants for a quick pass
