Dubliner🇮🇪 here, tasty upload my good man but it's hard to get a good Guinness in England. The nitrosurge is good, a little tip for you is to have your pint glass in your freezer for 30 mins before pouring. Thank me later, Happy New Year "me old China."😂

Make sure you get the Irish 4.2vol cans instead of the standard 4.1vol. The 4.2 makes a big and better difference

Your glass is not clean enough - you can see the bubbles on the side which shouldn't be there. Also you need to keep the can up above horizontal when you pour to avoid any aid bubbles. Also as others have said I don't think you let the first pour settle enough before topping up.

The widget was a game changer, i lived in Hong Kong and you could only get Guinness from the Nafie. My father did the IOS09000 quality asurance on the widget, he loved that job, everyone was so happy with the widjet.

You poured the widget can completely wrong. It literally gives you instructions on the can how to pour it.

I actually find that the Draught can has slightly better flavour. The nitrosurge is creamer and visually resemebles a pint from a pub. But I find whatever the difference is in the mixture or pressure, that it seems to affect the taste. I find it slightly less balanced or just more bitter or something, can't really put my finger on it.

This is simple. It is virtually impossible to get decent Guinness in England. Do not pay £6+ for rubbish Guinness in a pub. Buy the widget. £2 a pint for nice gear. Boom.

You should try the Guinness in O'Sheas in Manchester , lovely pint, and the whole Ireland thing is dribble because you can get a bad pint there too, you need to get out into the sticks to a remote pub to get a 'real' pint, then you will know the meaning of a real Guinness!

Apparently a good video review because here I am an Italian-American wolf in New Jersey at approximately 9 AM and I am literally already thirsty for a few pints of Guinness (just turned 60 and I've been drinking it since I was 15), not to mention that your accent now has me thinking about double pie and mash with liquor and a side of jellied eels for lunch when I know that's it's most likely gonna be a cheeseburger and some chips because I am on the Western end of the proverbial pond. That's the marijuana for breakfast talking, anyway. On the more pragmatic side of the story, as others have said, the widget can be easily obtained but I can't find the Nitrosurge cans here in the States therefore I make do occasionally with the 8 pack of draught cans with the built-in widgets or more often than not I stick with the more bitter Extra Stout that I grew up drinking and happen to have a 12 pack of bottles chilling in the fridge right as we speak.
