I used to love this! Approx. 50 years ago when I went to stay with my gran in London, we often visited Battersea park to watch the clock. Thanks for this, I never thought I would ever see it again.

I was fascinated by this in Morecombe and ran back every time I could to catch the quarter hourly show. Anyone remember what sounds were played?Watch this space.
