How did vayne go 3 star and the othe rvaynes didnt disappear?

I think because they hadnt fused into 3 star yet since it was mid-combat. Once they all combined in the next round, no more vaynes show up in the shop anymore, which is why he had to get the remaining two from carousel and duplicator to make the second 3 star.

two tanky augment gives you 2 star copy whe n u hit 3 star

When you hit a 3 star it automatically gives you another 2 star of that champ.
