WaveGroup's albums used to be on iTunes, but not anymore, and the studio does not exist anymore as well. You have to get in contact with former members and Ingrooves to get copies from them. Ingrooves published WaveGroup's Guitar Hero covers.

@@LuigiTheMetal64 It may just become pseudo-lost media. It's a copyright clusterfuck at this point. Activision holds the Guitar Hero license which is what the covers were made for, but that was when Harmonix was making the games in cooperation with Red Octane which Activision bought out, but not Harmonix. That said, this is coming up on nearly 2 decades ago, and there's no way any of the companies will have the rights to distribute the songs. Then there's the musicians involved who DEFINITELY don't have the rights to the songs since they're covers, and only made for the games, not for release on any albums, so the record labels would have a field day hiring lawyers left and right to go after them if they tried.

Pretty sure that it's a combination of (most likely) expired licenses, and the fact that the covers for these songs were legally recorded and sold on these games under official approval from the copyright holders. So long as these videos aren't monetized, I don't think it's even possible for them to be struck by copyright.
