We've been looking for more U2 songs to add, and the bass player has been playing this at sound check. We have practice this morning, so I watched your video. Great job. Your hard work is appreciated in Millbury MA. Have a beautiful day Ryan. 🌞

2 things to celebrate today. 1, this is your 600th video. Congratulations and well done on reaching this milestone! :) And 2, the football club I have loved since age 7 became champions of Europe for the 6th time last night. A beautiful day indeed :)

Hello Ryan! Could you please do a tutorial for smashing pumpkins XYU? It’s mainly the outro I’ve been looking for with the amazing distorted solo (if you can technically call it that) at the end. I’m sure there’s a few guitars involved on the recording so maybe a tricky one but if you can’t make a one man version no one can! Thank you for all the time you put into the videos! Long time fan, you rock mate!

The Edge does some great stuff by doing very simple stuff and jist adding effects to great...uh...er...effect.

tee hee. tee hee. i just looked up affect vs effect and now i'm even more confused than when i started wondering.

Hey, man! Your lessons are the best. I love the humor. Remember that "Undone" video you did quite a while ago? Yeah, well it would be nice if you could do the solo and all the lead stuff if you can. Thanks!

What kind of delay pedal did you use? What is your favorite effect pedal?.... U2's guitar player, "THE EDGE", should change his name to "THE ECHO" because he uses that sound effect so often.
@RyanLendt5 жыл бұрын
oh i just picked a digital delay and set the tempo. My favorite effect pedal is no effect pedal, just a damn good tone and some verb. I have a turtle named Echo.

The delay time, which is CRUCIAL to most U2 songs, is way off. Otherwise WTG Ryan! Ps: Still miss your long hair ^^
@nickcds34195 жыл бұрын
I think he’s more interested in teaching the song than nailing the tone. A video on edges guitars, tones and effects will be about 43 days long 😂😂
@RyanLendt5 жыл бұрын
that's exactly right Nick, and I do concede that point to you Alf. I put about 30 seconds into picking a delay, just to kinda sorta get that point across. Also, my long hair misses you too.
@RyanLendt5 жыл бұрын
and thanks it took me the whole time I typed that to figure out what WTG means :)
@ItsTompp3 жыл бұрын
What is the actual delay? Dotted eighth note?
@Alfgunnarp3 жыл бұрын
@@ItsTompp 444 miliseconds, don`t remember the note value.
