how do you get your guitar to sound like this? is it the amp? i'm using a 1959 strat and i can't figure out how to make the bridge pickup sound this high pitched and clean. It's this specific sound i want but i can't get it. please anybody help

+Brandon Lehman It's the middle pickup, and there's a chorus effect :) also keep in mid that certain materials and different pickups make a big difference, for example this guitar has a maple neck which can 'brighten' the tone

Girls uses a clean sound with heavy Compression and a touch of Reverb, the Adam's part uses a Chorus too

you have a 59 strat and can't get a standard strat clean sound? this is a problem. try rolling you volume way back and turning your amp up

I actually did, and still do, have my grandfathers 59 strat. It’s funny seeing this comment now, because I was a terrible guitarist back then and just seeing this comment, especially with the guitar I had while being that bad, makes me laugh. I just finished school and GCSE music (which i failed but thats beside the point) Guitar is actually really simple when you play acoustic which i would recommend you start out on cus it taught me alot more music knowledge like scales etc which will make life alot easier when transitioning to electric :) Have fun and good luck with your GCSE XD
