I agree - I've got a 58 LGO, small mahogany body, but it has that ring to it ,just like this one. Give me an old Gibson anytime !!

beautiful. I have a 1944 SJ... My dad alway took it camping with us and we always sang around the campfire. Such a booming ringing tone! Very nicely played.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of these. However I am unsure of year. The shop I bought it from think 48 or 49 but I am unsure. Mine has a belly down bridge closed single klusons and small teardrop pickguard. And of course a sound I am totally in love with.
