I think there are a few guys who should open for Lemmo on his show, world class and above, not many can say they match this guitar Wizard. Love to "Whooo hoo" Jen, they make one "hell of a" duo. Love and blessings from Kruger Park in SA, they say here in SA....it's moosh in the bush.😁😁

Great explanation of the ES series! I don’t know if you will see this comment Michael, but Bill Nelson of BeBop Deluxe (UK 70’s)was an ES345 player and obtained some of the best tones I have ever heard. “Crying to the Sky” on Sunburst Finish in particular will give any guitarist the shivers! Thank you for your great channel !

I bought a new Gibson ES-339 ('Satin' black, kind of entry-level) 2yrs ago & it's the best sounding guitar I own (I really love '57 humbuckers). I'm still pretty new to guitar, only started playing in early 2018. I would appreciate any commenters' advice on why, if money were not an issue, would anyone benefit in getting a 'figured' ES-339? A figured 339 is definitely prettier & worth more for resale, but are there any tonal/weight-distribution things to note? I'm in love with the compact size of the 339 vs the 335 & part of the reason I got it is because it's much more comfortable than a Les Paul & I can't tell the difference tonally. I bought an Epiphone ES-339 a few months before the Gibson to be sure I knew what I was getting, since I'd have to buy the Gibson without playing it first. I've got a "Les Trem II" installed & a roller-bridge & Graphtech XL nut, so it surprisingly stays in tune.

I can dig this. Nearly 10 years ago, i swing by the SM GC for the heck of it. See a used Peavey Vypyr 15 for $49.00. Look for a guitar,,,,Black sparkle finish Epi 339. Always loved the concept of a shrunken 335 but this was sorta blingy (pearloid binding, too). Played great. Bought the amp.
