If you had 1/3 of the pick guard painted black, it would resemble a little Joe Strummer’s tele from The Clash. I might get one TE-62 because of that. Great video keep on rocking.

Thank you so much for watching. Thanks for pointing that out. I totally forgot about Strummer’s Tele. I’ve always had an attraction to the black n white formal attire of this style of color on a Tele. Harley Benton over the years continues to improve. That being said, it may require just little tweaking to get it working forever flawlessly however for the price and the involvement you get from it gets closer to an instrument that’s uniquely deserving of your time. Just don’t be afraid to do the finishing touches. The payback is priceless.

That Black beauty is definitely on my Wish-List, but I will have to wait a while longer. Thomann is out of stock for a few more weeks. Great playing Dude ! Sounds something like I used to hear at CBGB´s back in `79 - You´re from NYC, so you probably been there too :)

I was part of the scene early eighties, lots of CB's. lot of NYC rockers. The punk scene was thick with so many ways to fusion with everything else. The firemist, is in all aspects a better over all concept from the beginning. The level of material, components, and finishing is giving the industry a shake fro sure. still the old TE62 DB. BK, kicks it.
