I'm baffled that this video has 10 dislikes. This is a wonderful, soulful performance on a superb classical guitar made by a master luthier. Am I missing something here?

Just had the same reaction. Very strange.

I guess, it's the talking at the beginning and maybe the noise in-between. The performance itself is very beautiful.

I have numerous high quality acoustics guitars but my Erez Perelman is my favorite. It has an amazing tone of the likes of my vintage guitars. He is a great Luthier and I highly recommend any serious buyers get a chance to play one. Its very special!!

With respect to the religious views of all, I think the ambient sounds make this recording perfect. What is this wonderful piece, if not a convocation? An Israeli made guitar, accompanied by the sounds of prayer and nature? This could be the missing verse to the Verlaine poem that inspired Debussy to compose Claire de Lune in the first place! And speaking of inspiration, what an inspired performance, and what a delicious sounding guitar--Bravo to both Schatz and Perelman!

Very, very beautiful rendention and sound. I have these mics too, but I'm nowhere near the beauty of this recording. Location matters - not to forget the excellent playing. Thanks for sharing. Regards Per Lindhof

Voy a ser hereje musicalmente. Pero prefiero escuchar a Debussy en guitarra con todo el let ring que puede obtenerse si el guitarrista es excelente como Daniel.Felicitaciones. Excepcional interpretacion. Excelente ....

I have a pair of KM184's, and I am taking them into an old stone church along with an RME Fireface UC into Reaper, hope to walk out with an album's worth of material. I;m going to emulate the placement shown here as a starting point. Care to give the dimensions of the mic placement/

Wonderful video for many reasons. Great player, arrangement, guitar and equipment. I would say great space too but what was that noise in the background? Sounded like a drunken yak singing along.

Muslims all the time asking for respect of their religion, but never show respect for the others... Amazing playing! Really beautiful performance!
