The quality of Schecter guitars is incredible. My Les Paul, Fender and Jackson’s all came with some type of issue. Most were minor but for the cost it was upsetting. Schecter is the way to go

@@edgein3106 if you're going new id say you definitely get what you pay for. I have a hellraiser hybrid pt(999.99) and its just as good as my guitars worth a bit more. There's some absolutely amazing value if you can you're inteded model in great used condition. Id recommend going through schecter themselves. I was super meticulous with my order... i made them go through all of the hellraiser hybrid PTs they had and pick the best one.

Okay, wait for it, C1 SLS S FR Elite. Something like that, I bought it, and even though it is extraordinarily cool in every way, I couldn’t shred just because I bought it. It’s not going to make you a shred machine, you actually have to put in the work! Can you believe that!? But you should buy a schecter even if you suck because they are fanshmastic!

Schecters are great. I bought a C-6 Elite last year, and while not a McClaren, it's a nice daily driver, like a Toyota or something. Can't go wrong with a schecter, they've really started producing some qualityguitars. Thanks for the video, it was awesome!

The problem I have with Schecter is their "Hotrodded" Floyd Rose Specials. Making the 1000 or 1500 series basic stock hardware on all of their mid-range guitars will bring in more fans. The amount of people I know who won't buy a Schecter because of the Specials is just another thing.

I just bought the purple e-1 fr special edition and boy is it MASSIVE,and I have owned a Dean Z so I have had a explorer type before. It is a great guitar although I am going to put a trem stopper. I am not a huge lead guy and a floating trem vs one that you can just dive only works best for me. 🤘🤘Rock on

I like the sustainiac , in addition to sustain, as a lower volume sustain that can only be achieved otherwise by the natural feedback between a high volume output at the speaker and close proximity of a guitar pickup. It is always on for all songs. Schecter c1 elite SLS FRS

Banshee elite is better, specs are incredible for the money as well as build quality and I personally love the strat shape and natural wood look. The pickups are the only thing I’m not crazy about but that’s an easy fix

That E1 is Frikkin’ DYNAMITE with a strap! The BANSHEE might just be the best named guitar ever. It cuts like a buzzsaw and genuinely screams! 🤘🤩🤘 My experience as a recording engineer was that EVERY Schecter someone brought in sounded VERY good. Also, I try to use their parts on other guitars whenever I can.

I just need a guitar that my little hands can reach the upper frets on. My RGA prestige ibanez is supposed to be a shredders dream but I can reach anything much past the 22nd frets on the E and B string.

So i have had a tempest and a c1. The tempest had a lot of neck dive the c1 had a very flat but thick neck so i donr hace those no mo. I have a solo 6 (very nice) and i had a low end 006 i sold thinking id get a higher end one. But now i find myself looking at the banshee and the reaper

I like my Schecter C-6 Plus. Don't need none of that Floyd Rose bizznizz. I don't do tons of dive bombs or trem stuff anyway. So, it would be pointless to have one. The C-6 Plus is awesome. I like the look of the Omen-6 for the binding. The Banshee also looks fascinating.

I am surprised you didn't compare against the Schecter Banshee GT. I bought one last year on your recommendation, ended up buying 2 more. They are my new Go To Guitar. I absolutely love them. I got one Blue, One Red, then the black one with the sustaniac system. These have the EMG's in them.

I own the Schecter Reaper 6 FS and love it ! I did mod it a bit though installed FU tone heavy duty noiseless springs and installed a Hipshot tremsetter. but don't forget to take the battery out after you are finished it will be dead tomorrow even if the sustainiac is in the off position. Great video sir have watched every video on your youtube page and yes even the the 07 state routine lmao

Niles disconnect your guitar cable from the guitar when you are done playing. That will solve your dead battery issue with the sustainiac.

Max have you herd of the NutBuster?! Its a little piece of metal that floats on the stings between the nut and 1st tuner... it locks the stings and has FR like fine tuners on it. it turns any regular trem into a locking trem! It also helps hardtail/acoustic guitars with tone, sustain and fine tuning. Im waiting for mine now, but id love to here your thoughts. There should be one on every serious guitarists guitar imo...i got one for my ibanez az242f. You should check them out and great video as always!

Great review. I have a older Schecter Banshee and a Hellraiser and they are really good. Good quality for the price. Just my opinion but backing tracks would add something for review for a part of review. Can you add some more bluesy tunes.

Yes, you can use either pickup with the sustainiac. Also, the sustainiac pickup works as a normal neck pickup when the sustainiac mode is switched off.

How does the Schecter Sun valley SUper shredder series stack up to the banshee?

The Super Shredder is similar, but has a bolt on neck instead of the neck-through. I'd say they both have the same build quality though.
