Yamaha always made great guitars, and high end guitars. I love the L-Series models, and this FG9.

This guitar sounds great! It has the same wood types as the Eastman E10D and sounds very similar to me. Could you review the Eastman E10D in the future? I know you have reviewed the E20D.

honestly the eastman won’t even come close to these FG9 series .. why coz i’ve played and worked on a couple of Eastmans and they are chalk and cheese compared to this yamaha’s

Did you take the nut down too? I just got the FS9m and I need to set it up. I plan on putting on my preferred strings, adjusting the truss, then the nut and lastly the saddle. I'm a little apprehensive as I've never done a nut or saddle before but I don't have anyone competent to take it to. I do love the FS9m and hopefully you do a video on that one soon! Great playing as always!

@@zeerakkhan7140 thanks man.. it’s long and my curls are out so need to get it worked on .. i know it looks unkept and some people said it makes me look more matured but then it’s just a different season in my life and i embrace it
