Gujarat Famous Handvo from Hadva Aata |ગુજરાતી વેજ હાંડવો રેસિપી | Chetna Patel Recipes

Veg Handvo :
Ingredients :
1 Cup = 250 ml
handva aata Link :
• हांडवा ढोकला का आटा |...
Method :
2 +1/2 Cup - Handva Aata
3/4 Cup - Curd
1 +1/4 Cup - Water
Whisk Properly make a thick consistancy
put for fermentation for 6-7 hours
after that mix very well
300 gm - Bottle Gourd Grated
3/4 Cup - Sweet Corn Boiled
1/2 cup - Corainder Chopped
2 tbsp - Ginger green Chilli Paste
2 tbsp - garlic Crushed
3 tbsp- Sugar
1/2 tbsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Hing
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - Oil
mix very well
Take small bowl and add
1 tsp - Sesame seeds
1 tbsp -mustard Seeds
1 tbsp - Coriander Seeds Whole
1 tbsp - Cumin Seeds
keep it ready
Take batter 1 Portion
add
1/4 tsp - Eno
mix well
Take a Pan
2 tsp - Oil
above ready seeds
10-12 no -Currry Leaves
batter
Sesame Seeds
and close the lid and
Roast 1 slide and flip it and make ot golden both the side
Cut and Serve

Hi the amount of handvo mixture in the separate cup would amount to 1 cup and one fourth teaspoon of eno fruit salt. Is this correct, please let me know the exact amount of handvo to be made, one at a time as this is my first attempt. Thanks a lot for sharing.
