Papad Chivda
Ingredients :
1 Cup = 240 ml
8 no - Urad Papad ( less Pepper - Spicy )
Fry it and keep aside
Take One Kadhai
150 gm - Puffed Rice ( Murmura)
Roqst properly till crisp
keep aside
Take another Kadhai
1/4 Cup - Oil
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Switch off the Gas and add Puffed Rice
mix very well
Roast in Slow Flame
switch off the gas
Take Papad and break into to small pieces
add into Puffed rice and mix it and aa
1+1/2 Cup - Barik Sev
Salt to taste
mix it and add
2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
Take Tadka Pan
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
2 Pinch - Citric acid
add into Puffed Rice and mix it very well
let little cool and add
3 tbsp - Sugar Powder
mix it properly
