I am a Maharashtrian and a proud one at that, but had I not been one, I'd have loved to be a Gujarati 😁. Needless to say, Gujarati food is one of my favourite cuisines. Loved the jalebi and your sambar looked great. Agree that Dabeli is really underrated for the burst of flavours it offers. Dinner items seemed authentic and tempting too. Look forward to the Delhi food video. Difficult to replicate the taste you get in North India but good luck 👍

Highfi... definitely Aamras puri is my all-time favorite also shrikhand puri is also my favorite. South Bombay serves the best aamras dishes pancham puri aamras is famous and they taste yummy. When you visit Ram Nayaks Udupi in Matunga they too have aamras during this time although they don't have aamras puri as a combo when you order your meal you can try this combo. Basically, aamras needs to be smooth sweet and that dark yellow color to make that dish yummy.

No khandvi is not difficult watch sanjeev kapoor recipe n my secret is use curd add some water in it and make chaas and add to besan don't prepared or pre made butter milk then u don't find any difficulties in khandvi and make small rolls in starting...keep cooking 😉😜😋😀
