was rewatching this and was wondering what hit boxes mean? i’ve seen others use that phrase and would never knew what ur meant. also peep your mouse reflection at 10:00

if you’re referring to the clip at 3:11, I can explain this. I actually didn’t have the most accurate understanding of the game back then. But this has less to do with hitboxes and more to do with mouse input/ cursor movement. If you slow the video down and look closely, you’ll see the yellow snake turn into my head at the last possible moment, if they had turned away at that exact moment, I would have hit their body and died. But since the game detected that player’s mouse input and their head moving closer to mine, even though I was practically breaching their body, I made contact with their head and killed them. It’s the same principle which applies to snakes that are moving along their own body, what we refer to as a ‘punch-through’ headshot, because the #1 snake can breach through other snakes as long as the game detects a head collision (within some vague timeframe that I’m unaware of). It might not be this complicated, or simple, but that’s what I understand in this clip anyway. Sorry if I confused you more 😭 10:00 damn never noticed that hahaha

yessss i couldn't believe how perfect this opportunity was i checked twice to see if i was recording hahaha, im going to take a much deserved (short) break from this game now lol i got what i set out to achieve, no more going for 'cool kills' for a while, the triple kill will have to wait 😅

eeyore is always camping (i camp but not the entire time im leader and it’s to practice headshots) i love being in the same lobby as them though, they’re not difficult to headshot LOL
