Gulshan e Ravi Lahore |

Gulshan e Ravi is one of the oldest and posh housing societies in Lahore. It has been named after the river Ravi which before 1988, flowed at a distance of 2-3 kilometers from here, however, after its water was diverted by India, the river does not flow through Pakistan anymore. Gulshan e Ravi was developed by the Lahore Development Authority LDA and has all the basic and advancedced amenities required for housing purposes. The scheme has lots of parks and green areas, however over time, people have erected gates and boundaries without approval / NOC of the Government to ensure security, due to which the beauty of this housing society has been affected.
