Ingredients:
10 x powdered sugar 500 gr
Gelatin 2 tsp (10 gr)
Taylos or CMC 3ts (15gr)
Shortening 3 ts (15 gr)
Glycerin 4ts (20gr)
Corn syrup 2ts (10 gr)
Cold water 5ts (25gr)
Egg white 1
1- sprinkle the gelatin on cold water
Set aside to be spongy form
2 - add the shortening (crisco ), glycerin, corn syrup to the spongy gelatin and put the mixture on the double boiler
Allow to melt all ingredients on the steam water (The mixture should not be warmer than 70 degrees Celsius)
3- mix the tylose or CMC with 10 x powdered sugar in the stand mixer bowl with dough maker attachment
4- when the mixer is working, pour the hot mixture into the sugar mixture
5- after finishing the liquid mixture mix the dough for one minute then add the egg white
6- let the mixer work for 4-5 minutes
