Very nice project. I have a couple machines I picked up from thrift stores and one included a stand. My larger one also needs a new glass globe after my dig whacked his tail into it and broke off a chunk of glass😢. I'll probably get an acrylic globe to keep it from happening again. They both need to be repainted but still in good working order.

Not sure if you might've had the plastic hopper part back to front which could cause the Jam, if those Gumballs are too big try the 12mm ones (about the size if a Haribo Moam Pinball if you've seen them). Awsome paint job though, I've got one I'm currently restoring but I've just gone for a pearlesant red rather than graphics and a Dr Pepper decal.

You can never go wrong with pearlesant red. Best of luck with the project. The gumballs were too big. This size looks good in the machine so I just take them out of the top. 😃

@@Timdeckerart Thanks man, ones you might like are the Zed Candy ones, similar size but you can get what they call Terroreyes which have different colour eye designs on them, I've got a mix of these and their Pool Balls waiting to be loaded in.

Thank you for this! I have a jelly bean machine I also got at the thrift store and took it all apart and spray painted it pink but couldn’t figure out how to get the jelly bean logo off the glass bowl
