I don't think it's about eating disorder.. I'm pretty sure it's an allegory for prostitution. The way I see it, themes of looks, shame, getting what you deserve, et cetera, seem to imply it's more of a getting a (bitter-)sweet reward to live another day; a story of continuous and monotonous abuse. But this is my interpretation, it might as well actually be about plain stress eating or other digestive malfunction. With all the comparative talk in there, if we consider it a purely a food disorder, it might very well be due anxiety that it fails. As a kid, I used to vomit a lot from sheer stress.

I compared both of the songs and the only difference I see is that this new version has clearer and more defined instrument play, like you can tell each and every instrument used for this song and the beats. While the older version has a more thrashy echo in the background with the drum plates and guitars, like if the music got all mixed up. I couldn't even follow the beats of the drums when I wanted to. In my opinion I think UtsuP just wanted to make a clearer and improved version of this song, resulting to less echo (or less energy as you guys say). To prove what I said I played this song using two different stereos I owe (which I cranked up the volume) and in both of them this version of the song sounds very clear, while the older version had a very thrashy sound in the background.

I very much prefer this version, the production is really professional compared to the first release. There was way too much background noise in the first release. You don't even need professional gear to notice it, but if you do have it, the difference and enjoyment is incredible.
