Every time I see one of her videos it just strikes me how much work goes into it, the editing itself must be a already a gargantuan task and that is only after you have created the arrangement, played the parts 10 times (if each take is perfect the first time assuming all the audio recording is dialed in). It feels a bit cheap that at the moment all I can do is a thumbs up and a comment, but hey it comes from a deep appreciation!

I had a very apropos nickname in my favorite guild in World of Warcraft. I played a druid and tanked a bit for our guild. I got the nickname because the guild leader had a theme song for just about everyone that raided. Mine was the Gummi Bears theme. So Gher-bear was born. Thanks for the great memory Samara! I just came from Samara's rendition of Duck Tales. After watching (and singing along), I scrolled through the comments and saw someone ask her to do Gummi Bears. I thought to myself, "Self," (I always call my self its first name) "the Gummi Bears theme song is probably my favorite of all of the Disney theme songs. Let's look it up and listen to it!" I was going to listen to the original, but lo and behold: Samara did a version of it! It's at the top of the search results! Oh happy day! And you know what? It still has that same effect of making the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end! There's just something about it, and she has captured it marvelously! Many thanks to Samara for this!
