Same bruh i was an idiot not brushing my teeth biting plastic even metal. Then at 14 i got into drugs im now 17 and stopped all for good a month ago. But the damage is done i don’t smile at all. I have so much regret. But i guess i made my bed. And now must lie in it. Its not easy as i was dumb and young😢

I think they are very tall.. In another video for this doctor he said that in this case the best way is liplowering and lazer at the same time to avoid very tall teeth.

no you don't need braces for that, if you have gummy smile, you need gum contouring or you need Gingivectomy is a dental procedure in which a dentist cuts away part of the gums in the mouth, i hope it will help you
