@@seanhazelwood3311 Still not a reason to stand on your lawn waving loaded firearms at the trespassers. Keep your firearms with you, and hot, but you don't point a gun at anything unless you plan to pull the trigger. I'm pretty sure a jury wouldn't side with you for shooting into a crowd of people who broke a gate to walk down your street and yell mean things at you in the middle of the afternoon. It seems to me that too many people are too quick to grab a gun and point it at someone for the any reason. Keep in mind, that these two wanna-be commandos took it upon themselves to escalate the situation, drawing all of the worst kind of attention to themselves, the second they decided to waltz out waving their guns at this crowd of trespassers. I don't know how they thought that was going to turn out, but it was THEM (the homeowners) who escalated the situation to lethal. Do you reach for your gun every time you see teens skateboarding someplace where there are signs up prohibiting skateboarding? Do you reach for a gun every time you see a smoker throw a burning cigarette butt out their car window? Do you reach for a gun every time a driver makes an illegal lane change, cutting you off, and then flips you the bird when you honk at them? There are times when deadly force is necessary, and then there are times when it isn't. There are grey areas where you might need to be prepared for it, just in case, but if you escalate the situation to deadly, regardless of the circumstances, then you're a dangerous idiot.

Not only did Trump not restore gun rights to Americans but he took more away. Trump was no friend to the second amendment. It's simple. An older couple, in a private gated community, is confronted by a crowd of "protesters". This couple had been watching the news for weeks, seeing how these crowds of "protesters" were acting. According to the couple, verbal threats against themselves/home/pets had been spoken by the "protesters". They saw that the gate to the street had been forcefully opened. The couple acted with the means and methods they had available. If a person or crowd breaks open my driveway gate and marches down my driveway with ill intent, I doubt that I would "show force" or issue a warning.
