I didn’t mind getting my concealed permit or whatever but what aggravated me was when I was open carrying in my open carry state and the game warden lectured me about not having my concealed permit, he pulled one of those “all that has to happen is your t-shirt fall over it and you’ll be a felon” lines and lectured me. That’s not cool. If he would arrest me on a stipulation like that then it’s not an open carry state. It’s a tyrannical state. Anyone not a felon or not bad people shouldn’t have to worry over stipulations.
@oldscratch35352 жыл бұрын
That game warden sounds like a dick. I had one come up on us in the woods where we were shooting one time. We probably had 50 firearms out there b/t 3 of us. He was extremely cool. He talked guns with us for a while and we invited him to shoot, but he declined and then went on his way. I'm sure being outnumbered, in the woods, and being outgunned had something to do with his demeanor towards us, but he was never in any danger. He didn't try to swing his dick around or lecture us. He was just curious after hearing a lot of shooting in the middle of nowhere.

The NFA was mentioned in relation to the $200 tax stamp. I would point out that the reason for the 2A is to ensure a populace that is armed equally to or better than the government, in order to have the ability to fight tyranny and overreach. The restrictions imposed by the NFA are specifically designed to remove such weapons from the public. The NFA in it’s entirety is blatantly unconstitutional.

Our General Assembly just passed a bill eliminating the "Jim Crow" Pistol Purchase Permit system which the dissolution of which was supported by the NC Sheriff's Association. Our Dumbocratic governor however vetoed it! Also the CHP system has created a "cottage industry" of state licensed persons who teach a "concealed carry" class which is a requirement to obtaining a NC, CHP. Not all instructors are against constitutional carry however strange as it sounds, there are some so called "gun owners" (or Fudds) that support the CHP training class requirement.

The second ammendment is you right to carry open or conceal, that is also in the holy book.

We've had it here in Vermont forever. It works up here in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire because our population is intelligent, collected, and nonviolent. We consistently rank in the bottom 5 in both violent crime and murder rates. We have firearms (and we're not just Fudds, either, as most of us in our gun community love the AR platform and were ticked when Vermont passed a magazine capacity restriction) but we're not uncool about it. We understand the ramifications of what it means to own a firearm and take our responsibilities VERY seriously. Meanwhile, in your neck of the woods, the American South, the same is NOT true. 7 of the top 10 states with the highest intentional homicide rates are Southern States. Sure, you guys in the South love your guns like us, but you can't keep yourselves under control.

This is great. I’m black in Atlanta and conservative and I’ve wanted this a long time but I think as soon as they get a democratic governor it’s getting repealed.

Like you said, if this a political ploy by Kemp to get reelected, then so be it. I hate to even think it but Abrams has a very good possibility of being our next governor. This may be our last chance for CC for at least 4 years. Thanks for the update(s).

From Ohio it has passed the House and the Senate. But our Republican Governor I feel will veto it.
