I have a hunting rifle with an animal scene on it and always wondered exactly how they did that. I wonder if using a laser would work on a gun stock. How long in general does it take to do a scene start to finish? Beautiful work. Thank you for showing that and the effort you made making this video.

Modern lasers would work they use them commercially. This project start to finish took about ten hours.

Dude, that looks sick! I just picked up a new cheaper lever action, the only problem is its laminate. Ive never done this before but im assuming that will be a problem, but im not sure. I was also thinking about branding it means i want our brand on it so i was curious on your thoughts on that. My bad if these are stupid questions, id rather ask then jack up my gun lol. Anyways thanks for the video, the gun looks great!!!

It can be done. But with wood burning laminate you will have wood with different density and grain. That could cause for a uneven burn line.

@@Wingman115 how do you think a simple stamp brand would turn out? Just a few letters
@Wingman1152 жыл бұрын
@@uncle_rick333 It might work ok. It all depends on the wood grain.

Hey wingman you have pretty good talent , I have some rifles that need a little something on them , I was thinking of engraving on metal parts of the rifle but I think the wood stock would be more easier to learn and cheaper . And that you can fix your mistakes with a sand paper or knife can't really fix mistakes on metal . I like this video so I'll subscribe , my rifles are 30/30 and a 303 Ross Rifle . I'll have start thinking about what I'm putting on them I'm a First Nations from British Columbia, Canada in the in interior a little town from Burns Lake . We have a lake near Burns Lake that's called Babine Lake , so my nation is called 'Lake Babine Nation" it's one of the longest natural lake in British Columbia. Well thank you for the inspiration god bless you and take during this time of the epidemic
