Loving the insight! These are really making me understand all the concepts of the game faster. I just wish it was cheaper to play. Do you typically play ranked or casual? Mixed? From what I've seen in the ranked games I play, it seems like a lot of the higher players are using a lot of the same setup. If one would want to see more variety and fun teams, would we have to go to casual play?

I definitely wish it was cheaper to play. I actually took quite a break from the game this year and was kinda in the process of making a video about that. I usually play ranked, but moved on to casual and event matches. Like you said, rank players basically use the same setup. The meta is easily found each season and pretty much doesn't move sadly. It's probably the game's biggest minus point imo. Casual play is definitely where its at for more fun teams.

@@Valkerion I definitely need to play more casual matches. The ranked matches are fun but I’d love to see others try out new MS and pilots just for theme and fun. By the way, I visited your linked website to see if there were any more articles on this game but found an old article you did about movies in Japan. I noticed you used to live in Kagoshima. That’s where I live! Too bad I didn’t get into this game sooner. It would have been good to know someone else who played locally.

I don't play much anymore so I had to look it up again. It seems the person who made the original complete spreadsheet stopped doing it. It's been picked up by someone else as of now. Hey there what is your recommendation for first time user. ? Do you get enough cards when you boot up the first time or should you buy a started deck . If so where do you get them

For first timers I'd say: Look for the "recycle box" usually arcades that host this game have a small box or container where players leave unwanted cards. They are free to take and use. Most bigger arcades will sell the starter deck as well, but you need to ask the staff. If they have it, there will be a poster somewhere with it advertised. If theres no recycle box or starter deck you can just jump on and play! the game will assign random digital cards if there is nothing placed on it. Lastly, and I don't exactly recommend this unless you really want to. You can start the game, use the purchase card option 4x. then start another game and purchase 4x again for 10 cards (you get one per play). But thats extra money before you even play.

I was wondering what the displayed cards at the top of the machines supposed to mean. I realized the cards were changed. There was Suletta and Aerial Rebuild on display today. Can I actually get it from the machine?

They are just samples promoting the new cards in the season. They can be gotten! The machine itself will display what cards are currently stocked inside it as well. In the upper right corner it will say "LX02" or something like that, meaning Linkstage Season 2 cards are inside currently.
