Indeed. Psyco Gundam Mk. III is as you said, an original creation and the third in the line of the Psyco Gundam series, which was the Federation's attempt at installing a psycommu system into their mobile suits, but beause they didn't know how to miniaturize them at the time, they're as big as mobile armors. Unlike the previous models though, the Mk. III doesn't appear to have a transformation system. Interestingly, this is the first time a Psyco Gundam has been piloted by a male. Every other pilot has been female. As a matter of fact, this boss was a holdover from the first Battle Master game and it was piloted by a female as well. The pilot, Valdar Farkill, is an antagonist from one of the Gundam Wing mangas, G-Unit (localized as The Last Outpost) and despite being a member of OZ, he really has it out for Trieze. Like I noted before, the Battle Assault series started with Gundam: The Battle Master 2 but here's the interesting thing: in that version of the game all of the pilots were completely original characters piloting these mobile suits and it had its own storyline. In place of Heero was a female pilot and her young companion fighting other guys in mobile suits. When Bandai decided to localize this game in North America, they replaced the entire cast with their original pilots and one of the mobile suits, Hamma Hamma, was replaced with Wing Gundam because of Gundam Wing's success here. Good news is; this is also one of the first crossover battles n the US between two different timelines as Heero has to contend with Universal Century characters. The bad news is, it makes no goddamn sense because it means that Heero is apparently time traveling considering the mechs and the pilots behind them as he'll potentially be fighting Char from different points of his life and at that point, some characters have already died like Scirocco

Why does Heero says Target Confirm MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam, while that mobile suit is FA-010 Full Armored ZZ Gundam (Enchanted mode) ?

Because...laziness. I explained it in an earlier comment years ago, but simply put, none of these guys were even in the original Japanese version. It was just a bunch of original characters using U.C. era suits but for whatever reason, they stuck in a manga-only Wing suit as the final boss

He's certainly interesting in the source material. He used to be a near-suicidal kid who wasn't afraid at pointing a gun at a civilian just for being curious
