The Byarlant Custom and Isolde are extremely similar- basically the main difference is that the Isolde has a unique head and uses the OG Byarlant's arms and feet. So if it has those Gabethley claw forearms its the Custom. If it has the Custom backpack but OG Byarlant forearms/feet its the Isolde. If it lacks the extra backpack stuff its the OG Byarlant. Yeah it can be really hard to tell from just a glance in the middle of a fight.

looks like a pretty good raid, that machine pistol is probably the thing i'd like most just cause of how fast it can fire and stun but the heavy attack and the blast on the strum faust are nice too. i could feel that part near the end where Moko just couldnt get that last hit in on the support, i would have probably just given up and either tried to boost away or gone for a tackle and hope it would either finish it or catch a random melee from one of the people keeping him pinned

The best way to tell the difference is sabers, helmet, claw, and the leg armor is actually different. The Byarlant only has one saber that extends directly from the beam rifle. The beams on the Isolde are actually burst fire as well with a charge option. Something the other Byarlants don't have. Keeping an eye open for the charged animation will help as well. In fights the Byarlant, or at least I do this, will land a bunch of rapid fire shots to stun then use the single fire to keep an opponent locked down long enough to claw attack. Hope this helps! oh now im at the second video. the byarlant, is the smallest of the 3 at 500-550. the byarlant isolde has a gundam head with the byarlant custom body. the byarlant custom has the claws and wider frame of the 3

Also in both rounds it has been the Byarlant custom, the Isolda and the custom are so similar I can see the confusion

This is correct and I was thinking of a different round where the enemy team fielded both types in the round.

usually the color of the beams and beam sabers is the main factor and easiest way to tell. Standard Byarlant has yellow beams and sabers. The Byarlant Custom has pink beams and saber. The Isolde has blue beams and sabers. It's always easy to tell which because most Byarlants no matter which version will always fire their ranged weapon before engaging.

swear im not sure if heavy attacks are a cancer or not to me yet. because of the generals and i build them at 600 cost its not too bad. but keeping track of the heavy attack raid in fights to get surprised by a tornado behind you always feelsbadman. but my Tristan with 50 melee defense can tank a ton of raid dmg. the zulu full combo only does like 3k to me lol

You actually can follow up a Heavy attack with another heavy attack, you just have to cancel the first one a bit early.

@@ZROSTARS Hazel II can combo 2, but this has a harder time doing two and you will likely only get one of the sixish hits off from the 2nd power attack unless you barely graze them with the first since it lasts too long. Meanwhile Hazel II gets their whole power attack off on a downed target.

In that first round, near the end, it wasn’t the Re-GZ Custom that stunned him, the enemy ace did with its grenade.

no it was the Re-GZ, he took a beam to the back that stunned him but didnt damage him before the enemy ace even fired its grenade

It definitely hasn't been my week for gacha either. After blowing my token reserves on three 10-spins in the Angelo banner, all I got was a single beam axe. After paying for two more 10-spins out of pocket, all I was received was a single drop of the level 2 version. It'd be one thing if all those extra spins lead to some of the other recent MS dropping, but it was all repeats until that fifth attempt

You do realize you said it correctly indeed it's a Yugo not Hugo English translation tend to reverse a lot of Letters in the Japanese alphabet エリク・ユーゴ. The letter ユ is translated as Yu not Hu ( 胡). Just want to correct that before people get the wrong idea about translation

Are there any parts that cancel/nullify stun attacks? My support is dead the minute someone stuns me and combos me while on the ground. Pretty unfair if you ask me.

funny how these is one of the first suits in the game that showed up only in narrative but never got a model kit, also the characters last name is spelled Yugo. sort of surprised it does not use the single blade naginata since it was shown using it as such. the manga had it use double driseen bazooka when another pilot took over using it. it would have been intersting if they had given it fake beckon since it is a republic of zeon suit masquerading as sleeves unit but it looks fun regardless. i sort of wonder what the republic of zeon uses, ong with color schemes, since we tend to see more from the splinter and sub-factions of the principality.

@@ZROSTARS its power attack is the same as the Agg downswing, and like the Agg, it has next to no range options. Its got Schuzrum Gallus problems of needing to be point blank otherwise it can't really do much. Its only got 200m an 15 shots in its main ranged weapon after all

Ya Geara Zulu from extremely forgettable pilot. Did not want. I mean sure it's got a heavy attack and plenty of stun power when it needs it but without a dodge roll at these costs it's almost a death sentence. Look how easily and how many times Maelstrom got stunned into oblivion and was powerless to do anything. Dodge rolls make a difference I don't care what anyone says.

@@savagemaelstrom9645 except of Moko's 4 deaths only really the last one did he get stunned into oblivion where as you were on both times. So that argument isn't really sound. Don't take this the wrong way. I am in no way trying to put any negative light on yours or Moko's gameplay. I'm talking about the suit itself. You both did great but what I'm highlighting is a valid criticism I believe.

@@Darth1Marik My second death came from a barrage of beams that didn't stun me in fairness. And even with a roll, most the situations I died in, I'd still have died. Edit: I'd actually argue the bigger flaw of this suit is its beam submachinegun's 200m range. It has great build stun power, but being the only reliable ranged weapon, and such short range, no stealth or other tool to close distance unnoticed, means the only other options are passive grenade chucking or a single bazooka-style sturmfaust to get into beam range. Its kinda like the Schuzrum Gallus in that respect where once it has proximity on a target, its very effective, but until it gets there, you gotta figure out what you're gonna do.

@@savagemaelstrom9645 that's a fair point but more often then not units that have a dodge roll tend to survive alot better. The reason being so far as I've noticed is a dodge roll is able to cancel out of a stun before any other action in the game can. With tackles and boost movement you have to wait for the entire stun animation to resolve. But with a dodge roll it can cancel out of it leading to many other means of either escaping a bad situation or possibly putting you in a better position to attack.

@@savagemaelstrom9645 Also your first death I think a dodge roll would have made it to where the load on your legs would not have crippled you and you could have approached. It's hard to tell because we don't know how the Gelgoog would have reacted. Probably a tackle likely but I still feel a dodge roll there would have been very effective. That second time a dodge roll towards the ramp leading underground would have been my goal
