The reason Sameera had such an easy delivery was because she remained so active, fit and healthy and happy. That is what people do not understand. If you are not healthy and fit your delivery is much more difficult and much more chance of complications and danger for yourself!

Thank you for doing this video mam I really got inspired by Sameera di.she is really a strong women and from now on I decide to be strong like her.even I have a baby of 1month old in my mother in law's house they always poke me for what I eat and what I do.even after explaining them that every body is different they don't understand and always insist me to follow their food habbits and all other works.I used to cry because they don't understand me but they used to scold me.But now after watching this video I am very much inspired to live my life in my own way.I just trust in what I do.Thank you sooo much ❤️
