Love my SOLGW 13.7 Bought it used 2 years ago and have had 0 issues. Runs like a dream. Low recoil impulse and their A5 buffer system will run anything.

@@cameronmills3414I love mine, I have a couple now. That L89 broadsword with the CHF barrel is really durable, new this year. Mine is 13.7” P&W with the ASR muzzle device. Set up very similar to the current video setup. Great GPR setup.

Solgw l89 handguard has built in qd, and so you know these rails match perfectly with the broadsword upper receiver, so well in fact that it really doesn't make sense to run them with a mil spec upper receiver. My opinion

I am wanting to build a SOLGW 13.7 6max. I think that would be the bomb. 6max should be the US ARMY's new cartridge for small arms with the 6.8x51 being their heavier cartridge IMHO.

Love my 13.9” L89. 500+ cycles with zero naturally occurring issues with budget ammo (PMC XTac 55gr). Several intentional jams during training and was able to clear with just a charging handle cycle every time. Would love a 16” 6 max upper to play with next. Great rifle, highly recommend!

You mentioned that you would like ambi controls to lock the bolt to the rear. Have you looked at the REDI-CATCH by redi-mag? It would allow you to lock your bolt to the rear by holding the mag release on the right side. Looks like that lower has normal mag release specs. Should be compatible and you should be able to keep the mag release button that you like.

Absolutely love the build. Definitely picking up some Ranger Wrap for some of my builds. So I just finished a Q Sugar Weasel upper with an FDE BCM Mod 2 lower, Geissele trigger, Radiant Ambi safety in FDE. Went with Primary Arms PLXc 1-8x FFP in FDE on a Scalar Works mount and Scalar Works 45° offset for my Delta Point Pro (also in FDE, it’s my 50 shades of FDE build). Haven’t fired yet and this is the first build with a red dot offset. Any issues running offset above dust cover?
