Once again excellent discussion and Alok Bansal want peace and progress for this entire region. It is a shame some people of my Bangladesh, have so much hate in their heart, now that they cannot see the good will. Hopefully podcast like this will improve understanding and feelings. A lot of Bangladeshis are already missing our beloved leader PM Shiekh Hasina. Her father Bongobondhu and PM Sheikh Hasina both had the dream for peaceful, progressive and developed south Asia. Problem is the hateful right wing politics of Jamaat and poor backward Madrasa education. But this intellectual discussion must continue. Every time anyone from Bangladesh are rude to this channel owner, I must say as a Bangladeshi Muslim it hurts me a lot. Such a nice and gentle intellectual souls having to deal with so much abuse. The coup in BD against Sheikh Hasina is actually an indirect attack on Mother India herself through the process of progressive encirclement. This was predicted by Rishi Aurobindo himself in his 14th Aug 1947 AIR Thiruchirapally speech when he mentioned about the possibility of "new invasion & foreign conquest" if India fails to achieve unity. Our "secular" defense experts are not sufficiently rooted in the ethos of Indian civilization & haven't studied our ancient history and epics sufficiently well. We will be making a grave mistake if we do not consider this possibility.

General, you may say, imagine anything and propagate with any amount of expertise and make a ‘til into tal ‘ ( a grain of sesame into tala or palm Tal) take it for granted that Jamat e Islam is an insignificant force in Bangladesh. I was watching this video until your guest said the next successor of Bangladesh army chief is going to be Brigadier Azmi, son of Golam Azam then I stoped watching this video. I doubt his knowledge and expertise on Bangladesh. His knowledge is very limited and purely based on social media. Let me tell you sir, Brigadier Azmi was forced to resign in 2009 and since 2016 he was put in a secret cell without any trials which is called "Aynaghor" by international media until Hasina's downfall. Brigadier Azmi is a traumatize person. He can't even join the army. Talking about Jammat, come on... they have around 5% of voting share. They can never be in power...please stop giving to much importance to them.

Too much integration is detrimental to the interests of Bangladesh. With india being such a large neighbour it will impose its interests both foreign and security on Bangladesh, on top of that it will overwhelm the economy of Bangladesh. Therefore Bangladesh needs to balance india with China on a strategic level and on a economic level. Bangladeshi's dependence is a security risk for Bangladesh and we need to ween ourselves away from india.
