I have got where I boat flip anything on a single hook. I use my net with trebles simply because I don't want those things in my hand. But fishing is fishing. I had a day this spring where I lost 5 or 6 in one day flipping. I was ready to change: rods, line, hooks, underwear....any and everything! I settled down realized fishing is fishing did not change anything and I have NOT lost a fish since. Of course I type this and I am going tomorrow so you know I will loose a big one right at the boat. Great video. You really have me wanting to fish some of eastern NC's rivers.

Why don’t you use a trailer hook with a buzz bait

Multiple reasons...I only throw a buzz bait with a soft plastic toad and some says (like this one) I use upwards of 10 toads. I would have to remove the hook and keeper every singer time, the trailer hook messes up the action of the toads legs and most importantly I would be constantly hung in the wood and pads I'm dragging it through costing me important bites
