Any idea on when ex impulse & Lfrith will be released in the states?

I'm in North America so the timing might be the same. On my end, the regular releases will come out around a month to 2 months after their official release date so that will be your timing for the Lfrith. I'm not sure about the Ex Impulse as it's a Pbandai.
