I love seeing that 6x6 bed, things a beast! which company owns that one? As a mechanic, I love seeing how well you take care of your equipment, you're a dying breed of driver man. The drivers at work could learn a thing or 2. Catch ya on the next one!

Chinook owns the 6x6 . I don’t really like having broken or wore out stuff, no one really taught me. Maybe just appreciate what you have and take care of it mentality, or maybe from owning shitty cars as a teenager. I think of it more along the lines as it won’t leave me stranded if I show it love😀👍

What is your C500 truck/bed configuration called? Winch truck or roll of trailer. I see it’s a tri axle, tri drive truck? Our hydro vac trucks are tri drive and turn like garbage. Then we have quad axle vac trucks also with just 2 drop axles.

The truck is a c500 tri drive Texas bed The trailer is a tri axle scissor neck. The c500 has probably the best steering you can get. We also adjust steering boxes to get the most you can, right up to hitting steering arm. Plus wide track rims a wider stance to except more radius, and the axle is set back closer to cab instead of right at the front of the headlights

Hey driver what would be your chance of leasing on with A&B rail ?? They would be less of a roller coaster ride like the oilfield. Cant remember if they had any company trucks at any of their divisional yards or not or even took on leaser's.

Probably could do something like that just don’t want to lock into it. I’d get tired of it. Then nothing for winter. But it would be a more secure decision.
