I'm a big Guns fan and I follow Axl's vocal evolution over all the years, and I can say with authority, this is the best version of it's so easy since 2017, Axl put drive in all the high parts of the song, and his voice came out well

It was definitely the BBC live sound mix (even on a 30 min delay for the TV broadcast). Not the first time I've seen the BBC fuck up a sound mix/broadcast of a band from a festival especially a headline act.

The bbc have admitted it wasn’t broadcast in the correct sound settings. Listen to some other sets such as generation sex or manics from the same day and it’s a massive contrast. I saw GN’R the week after in London and it wasn’t anywhere near as sound of the glasto broadcast.

I don't think it matters, I think everyone should have a chance to see a band regardless of what they normally listen to. I once went to see Grand Magus co-touring with a band called Enslaved, who are a death/black metal band. I don't normally listen to that genre but I stayed to watch them and enjoyed it when half the audience buggered off because they only wanted to see the first band. Please don't bash people because they don't fit your standard.
