Thank you so much, I really appreciate the comment! I typically learn by ear, then I play the song over and over and over again until I have all the small parts memorized. I spend days studying before recording. But in all honestly, Ive listened to these songs and albums for YEARS! So that really helps! In terms of learning, I'd recommend just picking out the main beats, and not worrying too much about all the fancy fills and such. Keep it simple and have fun, eventually the rest will come once you have a good base down :)

Nope!! A ton of drummers only use 1 bass drum, and 1 pedal! It’s convenient having a double pedal compared to 2 bass drums if you’re doing some music that requires it!
