Damn I think of my dad and me jamming out to old great rock music. He passed in November of 2023 at 53. I’m 29. I miss him every damn day!! Talked to him everyday.. Time is ruthless! At 69 I was still in great shape, looking old but still looking a decade younger. Full of energy and feeling great. Then comes along COVID and I got it 3 time, almost losing the battle with the 1st. The COVID destroyed my body and health and at 72, I have to use a walker, and oxygen, and my memory is shot. This happened in 3 years. Point being, take damn good care of yourself because you never know if something will come along and destroy the good health you are enjoying..
