So I agree with you... now would you say the same about Vince Neil of Motley Crue? The reason I ask is because lots of people comment on how Vince looks and sings. ppl dont realise that axls singing style is one of the most taxing if not the most taxing out of all the heavy rock singers back then. The grit on his voice, idk how even sings a single line with that tone without bleeding from his throat. Buddy aint gonna stay the same forever

Yes. I also think that filling in for ACDC really took a lot out of his throat cause he was trying to give the fans as close to ACDC's sound. The really scratchy, gruff voice. Didn't help but him, but he gave all. He always gives all.

Never been a huge fan, but this is good sound for a stadium concert on a band/song that's 35 years old. I will say as a native St Louis, Missouri (USA) person, I will never not find it funny to see how everyone now has a video recording device at GnR shows, when that caused a riot here 30 years ago.

I just feel so bad for axl, I mean some parts like “I’m gonna watch you bleed” you can tell he was really really trying, that line especially is what you would have probably expected an aged axl rose to sound like, but the rest of the song in general… it’s just Mickey Mouse, And I don’t even know what slash is doing, it’s not like he can’t play anymore, we’ve seen him play stuff at this age, just kinda seems like a bunch of old men letting out their last whimper for what was

I like Guns n Roses but sadly Axls voice sounds woeful to the point of it being a bit embarrassing. I saw them in 2017 and he sounded great. With Glastonbury only months away I hope he can recover some form. Slash is still great.

Ashley I appreciate that people like you do video Some of the songs. I was at the show at Giants Stadium (PC video) & 10 others. Including 3 since 2016. He definitely sounds better in person. I don’t pay attention to all the negative bullshit but as a 30+ year fan I still appreciate watching phone rec.. although they’re not a true representation

It was nice for old fans and new, e.g they are my favourite band and slash is a huge influence of mine but i wasn't born when they were in their prime. I saw them in London 2017 both nights and it was a great experience, but I opted not to go again this year (£100) That being said I have seen slash and Myles Kennedy in London and Lisbon and would pay double to see them over GnR any day Slash has aged like fine wine as a museum but unfortunately age catches up with singers with axl's style

Seriously tho I know they're old etc but Jesus CHRIST that was horrible.....Slash has no excuse because he plays killer for Miles Kennedy.....it's like he's just going through the motions here. GnR are legendary and we're the best band on earth at one point....but if Axl can barely get through a song ......time to hang up the mic. This is embarrassing to be charging for this. Ive seen better cover bands than this. Now wonder the crowd is dead. And this is coming from a huge fan.
