Yooooo.. Yodo replay pog.. Ty Bob for the shoutout 😍 Great gameplay and specially very satisfying to watch fire rng God's blessing on this ship. U took off ur shirt at start. Maybe you should do that more often lol 🤣 Also we are getting much needed buffs in update 7.5 so that is very exciting. I was hoping for engine accelerator to add to the current gameplay design of this ship - kiting and harassing a flank - but I am thankful for whatever buffs we get, even if they make ship a bit generic 😅

Ugh. I took a 2 month hiatus due to being insanely frustrated with the direction WG was treating events and the non-whales. But of course I would be enticed back with better torp angles on Yodo. Dammit. Usually I take a whole year off before coming back with my tail between my legs. Hope fatherhood is treating you well. I have 6 and 9 year old girls and you’ll miss the small moments when they’re gone. The old saying is true: you’ll never realize when you pick up your kid that it’s the last time you’ll ever do it, until it’s gone.

But the torp range is still a little short, compared with those 610mm type 93. Hope there is a leg mod buffed the range

@@汪育廷-r9h I don’t mind the range, not hitting a lot of botes at 9km+. At that point, they’re more for re-directing traffic. But if you’re on Asia I guess it makes sense since every battle sounds like a range sniper fest. NA is almost always up close and personal. Haven’t played in 2 months and I was running the table in Yodo last night. You can almost bow tank it now with 5 of 6 guns on a 360 and these new torp angles. If you loved Yodo before and managed to get proficient with finding her old angles, you’re going to absolutely love her now that you don’t need to fully expose yourself in a broadside to get the torps on target.

I’ve been a Yodo lover since day 1. And Raizo Tanaka was always the capt I saw helming her. Long range torps that hit as hard as Shima with less detection? Yes please. And the guns are fantastic. Mostly I enjoyed the challenge of it. Not the easiest boat to master. My only gripe were the torp angles but it sounds like they’re getting fixed. My worry is if they strengthen her torps to make her more mainstream they’re likely going to claw her back with a nerf once the greater community realizes how much of a sleeper she was before. Might have to start playing again. After the mess they made of events over the last couple months, I just lost my will to play again. Everything buried under hundreds of dollars of loot boxes, and insultingly difficult event trees to finish if you don’t pay. I was all set to get the Buffalo a couple months ago until I realized I would need to run two devices 16 hrs a day over hundreds of battles to unlock her camo. It’s really bad when a super-grinder like me says an event is impossible. I’m the guy who grinds out the t8 during early release events on pure effort, and there was a huge span of time where there was no viable way to grind anything out without having multiple people playing the same account. Don’t know how it’s been since I’ve been gone these last 2 months, but they need to dial down the difficulty to be more reasonably unreasonable. When it’s clear the only avenue for a free ship is to spend actual money, you tend to feel like you’re bending bent over without the courtesy of a reach-around.

Yodo is not a very impressive ship but I think the buffs in the upcoming update could boost its reputation
